Welcome to PromptBoox (“we,” “our,” “us”) — an online marketplace for buying and selling books, both digital and physical (“Services”). • We act only as a facilitator and are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of user content or listed items.
• Some of the books were written manually by users, some were written with the help of AI, and some were written in a humorous way. We are not responsible for the content that users upload. The responsibility for how to use the book lies solely with the reader.

4. Selling on PromptBoox

• Seller Approval – Comply with seller guidelines and policies.
• Content Review – The content and books uploaded to the site will be reviewed, we may remove or refuse content for any reason.
• Ownership of Content – Sellers must own or have rights to all materials uploaded; grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to PromptBoox.
• Payments & Fees – Fees and payment terms displayed in the seller account.
• Third-Party Processors – Payments processed by third parties; PromptBoox not responsible for their performance.
• Taxes – Sellers responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Buying on PromptBoox

• Purchases – Pay listed price and applicable fees or taxes.
• Digital Items – Non-refundable once downloaded, except as required by law.
• Physical Items – Delivery, shipping, and return terms provided at checkout.
• License to Use – Digital book grants personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license; sharing or resale prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Upload or sell content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or offensive.
• Misrepresent products or your identity.
• Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Collect or scrape data without authorization.
• Circumvent payment systems or fees.
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• PromptBoox IP – All site content, trademarks, graphics, and code are owned by Promptboox Ltd. or its licensors and protected by law.
• User Content – Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant PromptBoox a limited license to operate and promote the Services.
• Infringement Claims – Report IP violations via email to support@promptboox.com.

8. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

• All payments processed via third-party providers; PromptBoox does not store full payment card info.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals may lead to account suspension until resolved.
• Refunds issued at our discretion or as required by law.

9. Platform Availability & Maintenance

• Services strive to be available and secure, but continuous or uninterrupted access not guaranteed.
• We may suspend or modify Services for maintenance or business reasons without notice.
• Not liable for downtime, delays, or data loss.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Services provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
• No guarantee Services meet expectations or operate without errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, errors, or third-party failures.
• Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid in six months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

• Indemnify PromptBoox Ltd. and partners for claims, damages, or costs arising from breach, legal violation, or use of Services.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Governing Law – Jurisdiction where PromptBoox Ltd. is headquartered.
• Jurisdiction – All disputes resolved exclusively in those courts.
• Good Faith Resolution – Attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before filing a claim.

14. Content Publication and Third-Party Disclosure

• By uploading or submitting any book or content to the platform, you grant us the right to publish, display, distribute, and promote such content on our website and on any other platforms, channels, or media, at our discretion.
• The website’s team reserves the sole and absolute right to decide which books or content will be published on the platform. We may refuse to publish or remove any book or content for any reason, at any time, without prior notice. Our goal is to publish only content that we believe meets our quality standards.
• The website may share users’ personal information with third parties when necessary, including but not limited to payment processing systems, analytics services, performance optimization tools, and similar service providers. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of such third-party websites or services.

15. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately.

16. Notices and Communication

We may communicate electronically; emails to your account satisfy legal notice requirements.

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement – These Terms and Privacy Policy form the full agreement.
